This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of the website (the "Website").

The Website is owned and operated by SLO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with the CIN U74120MH2015PTC267292 and having its registered office at 22, FLR-3, CORNER CHAWL, PANDURANG BUDHKAR MARG, WORLI 400030 within Mumbai, India (hereinafter referred to as "AdvaRisk").


Your privacy is critically important to us. At AdvaRisk, we have a few fundamental principles:

  • We don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
  • We don't store personal or confidential information on our servers unless required for the ongoing operation of one of our services.

Like most website operators, AdvaRisk collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference referring site, Internet Protocol (IP) address and the date and time of each visitor request. AdvaRisk's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how AdvaRisk's visitors use its website.
